Everyone’s health and well-being remain our highest priority. Our health and safety plans are designed to ensure we are operating in a way that helps keep you and our team members safe.

Parking and entrances are limited. Please park in the main parking garage attached to the skyway or the main parking lot nearest the casino. Enter through the skyway entrance, the Dakota entrance or the main entrance. Valet is temporarily closed, but drop-off is available at the bus entrance.


Smoking is not allowed on the casino floor. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas at Mystic Lake and Little Six, or visit the indoor smoking lounge near Club M® at Mystic Lake.


Mystic Lake and Little Six have lifted our mask mandate. Guests are no longer required to wear face masks. Team members are no longer required to wear masks, but may choose to do so.

Sanitizing High Touch Areas


We’re frequently sanitizing high touch areas using proven products that kill viruses and bacteria, and have enhanced cleaning protocols property-wide.

Hand Hygiene


Hand sanitizer stations are available to guests throughout the property, and team members are following rigorous hand hygiene protocols.

Food Safety


We follow safe food handling practices and sanitize all food and beverage equipment. Self-serve beverage stations are temporarily closed.


Every team member receives a daily health screening upon arrival.


Mystic Lake and Little Six have lifted our mask mandate. Guests are no longer required to wear face masks. Team members are no longer required to wear masks, but may choose to do so. 

For the health and safety of our guests and team members, smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas at Mystic Lake, Little Six and in the indoor smoking lounge near Club M at Mystic Lake. Smoking is not permitted on the casino floor or at any bars, restaurants, cashiers, Club M or Mystic Bingo®.
We use enhanced chemical disinfectants to sanitize high touchpoints (tables, chairs, door handles/knobs, light switches, countertops, faucets, sinks, etc.) after every interaction or multiple times per shift. Games, restrooms, lobbies and other high traffic areas are disinfected frequently. All blackjack chips are sanitized with PermaSafe, a treatment that kills 99.999% of bacteria and viruses and provides continuous long-term antimicrobial protection. Each department has been trained on proper sanitizing techniques and follows an enhanced sanitizing protocol.
We are taking several additional measures to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members, including, but not limited to:
  • We will follow a specific protocol to address anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 or reporting a positive test.
  • Self-serve beverage stations have been removed.
  • Team members are required to follow handwashing policy guidelines.
  • Sanitizing stations are available upon entry and spread throughout the property.

Guest parking is currently available in the main parking garage and the parking lot outside the main entrance. The main entrance and skyway entrances are open. The bus entrance is available for drop-off only.

Coat check is currently unavailable.

Currently, slot dogs, casino bars, Caribou Coffee®, The Promenade Restaurants®, Minnehaha Café®, Mystic Steakhouse®, Sweet Temptations, and Little Six Restaurant are available. The Buffet and The Meadows Bar and Grille remain temporarily closed. All Mystic Lake bars will close at 2 am daily. Self-serve beverage stations have been removed from the casino floor.

We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol including, but not limited to:

  • Use of high-grade disinfectants to sanitize touchpoints such as doors, handles, TV remotes, tablets, thermostats, light switches, hangers, etc.
  • A dedicated team of associates regularly disinfects high-touch areas in the guestroom corridors.
  • Make-up service for stayovers is suspended. Towels, bed linens and other items are available upon request.
  • Select non-essential items such as magazines, bed scarves, decorative pillows and extra blankets have been removed from rooms. Disposable cups have replaced glassware.
The Mystic Express bus from Mall of America® is now operating with an expanded schedule. The St. Paul route has resumed operations. The North Mankato, St. Cloud and Waseca routes have been updated. New bus routes serving Hastings, Coon Rapids and Elk River have been added. Due to health and safety restrictions, all buses are currently running at reduced capacity. On-property shuttles are operating with reduced capacity. Valet service remains temporarily unavailable.
For the health and safety of our valued guests and team members, we kindly ask that you:
  • Bring hand sanitizer if possible.
  • Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water at least once per hour.
  • Stay home if you are experiencing symptoms, have tested positive, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
