We remain committed to the health and well-being of all our guests and team members and look forward to safely welcoming music lovers and event goers back this summer. As public health guidelines evolve, there may be additional updates. Please check this page for the latest information.

No, we do not require guests to provide proof of vaccination at this time.
All guests and team members must wear masks for all outdoor Mystic Amphitheater and indoor Mystic Showroom® shows. Masks will be available for purchase at all events.
Original tickets purchased for shows that have been rescheduled will be honored for the new performance date. Please check with your original point of purchase with questions or to verify your tickets. To make sure that we can better help you if any issues arise on the day of your event, please have a valid ID with you.
Tickets are sold in blocks of two or four. If you wish to purchase an additional ticket block, it will be separated from your initial ticket block. If you are interested in purchasing more than eight total tickets, please contact the Mystic Box Office.
All outdoor and indoor shows will be seated, with no general admission section. Chairs will be provided and all tickets are sold as assigned, reserved seats.
