How To Play
In baccarat, the goal is to bet on which hand—the Player or the Banker—will have a total closest to 9, or if the hands will tie.
Card Values
- Aces are worth 1 point.
- 2 ─ 9 are worth their face value.
- 10s and face cards (Kings, Queens, Jacks) are worth 0 points.
Hand Calculation
- The values of the cards in the hand are added together.
- If the total exceeds 9, only the last digit of the total is considered (ex: a hand totaling 15 is worth 5 points).
Setup
- Bet Placement: Players place their bets on 1 of 3 options: Player, Banker or a tie.
- Dealing the Cards: Two cards are dealt to both the Player and the Banker.
Determining the Winner
- The hand closest to 9 wins.
- If both hands have the same total, it’s a tie.
