Thank you for your interest in Club M online! Please note that a Club M online account is not automatically created when you sign up for a Club M card. You will need to link your Club M card with an online account. For more information, see below for answers to frequently asked questions about Club M online.
HOW DO I CREATE A NEW CLUB M® ONLINE ACCOUNT? + More – Less
Visit mysticlake.com from a desktop or mobile device. On desktop, click "Club M" on the top right of any page on the Mystic Lake website. From a mobile device, click "Club M" listed under the navigation menu.
When you open Club M online, you will be prompted to create a new Club M online account. Enter your email address, then click “submit.” You’ll receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code to verify your address. Create a new password using the character requirements and confirm it in the field below.
After verification is complete, you can move on to linking your Club M card.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A CLUB M CARD? + More – Less
Next time you visit Mystic Lake or Little Six®, speak with a Club M representative about joining Club M. Membership is free, and you’re immediately eligible to start earning rewards and receiving special offers!
WHAT IF I CREATED A CLUB M ONLINE ACCOUNT FOR THE MYSTIC LAKE APP? + More – Less
You’re good to go! You’ll be able to use the same email and password to log into Club M online.
HOW CAN I ACCESS CLUB M ONLINE? + More – Less
Club M online is one account, with two ways to log in! Access Club M online using the Mystic Lake app or online using a desktop computer or mobile device. Visit mysticlake.com/club-m and follow the prompts.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD? + More – Less
No worries! You’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Enter the same email address you provided when you created your online user account. An email with instructions on how to change your password will be sent.
WHAT IF MY CLUB M NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH OR ZIP CODE DOESN’T MATCH? + More – Less
Visit Mystic Lake or Little Six Club M to have your information updated. A Club M representative will be happy to help you! This information cannot be updated online or at any Club M kiosk, so be sure to come in and ask a Club M representative for assistance.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENTS? + More – Less
Club M online features a convenient way to view, print and email win/loss statements from the past five years. On desktop, access statements by clicking your name on the top right of Club M online and select “Win/Loss Statements” under the dropdown menu. From a mobile device, access statements by clicking your name listed under the navigation menu and select "Win/Loss Statements" from the navigation menu. Win/loss statements can still be requested by fax, mail or in-person at Club M.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY W-2G? + More – Less
Club M online includes a convenient way to view, print and email W-2Gs from the past five years. On desktop, access your W-2G by clicking your name on the top right of Club M online and select “Win/Loss Statements” under the dropdown menu. From a mobile device, access your W-2G by clicking your name listed under the navigation menu and select "Win/Loss Statements" from the navigation menu. You will see an option to download or email your W-2G form. W-2Gs can still be requested by fax, mail or in person at Club M.
