When you open your updated Mystic Lake® app, you will be prompted to create a new Club M® online account and link your Club M Card.

Enter your email address, then click “submit.” You’ll receive an email with a verification link. Click the link in the email from your mobile phone to continue.
Once verification is complete, you will also need to create a new password, and enter your legal first and last name as shown on your driver’s license or government-issued ID.
After you’ve created your new account, you can move on to linking your Club M Card.
