Open the Google Play or Apple® App Store on your smartphone.

Android phones: Tap the Menu icon and select “My apps & games.” You will see the Mystic Lake app update available. Tap “Update.”

iPhones with iOS12 or earlier: Open the Apple App Store and click “Updates.” Find the Mystic Lake app and tap “Update.”

iPhones with iOS13: In the new iOS 13, your app should update automatically. If not, open the Apple App Store and tap on your profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Scroll down to the “Available Updates” section. Choose “Update All” to update all apps, or scroll down to the Mystic Lake app and tap “Update.”

When you open your updated Mystic Lake® app, you will be prompted to create a new Club M® online account and link your Club M Card.

One account, limitless benefits. Create a new account to access the Mystic Lake app and Club M online for exclusive in-app offers, promotions and Free Slot Play rewards plus enhanced security features. Your new online account will replace the previous method of logging in with your Club M number and birthdate. Get glowing with a new Club M online account!

Enter your email address, then click “submit.” You’ll receive an email with a verification link. Click the link in the email from your mobile phone to continue.

Once verification is complete, you will also need to create a new password, and enter your legal first and last name as shown on your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

After you’ve created your new account, you can move on to linking your Club M Card.

Enter your Club M number, date of birth and zip code. That’s it! You’re ready to start enjoying the enhanced Mystic Lake app features.

If you encounter any errors linking your Club M card, please visit Club M in person to verify that your date of birth and zip matches our records. A Club M representative can make any necessary updates.
