• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to win.
• Guests may submit 1 entry per person per drawing.
• Guests can enter the contest through Mystic Lake’s webpage beginning September 4, 2023, or during each Mystic Lake Thursday Night Lights drawing campaign.
• Guests can enter each contest beginning each Monday through Sunday. Winners will be drawn each Thursday by 5 pm (for the previous week).
• 1 guest will be drawn every campaign to win Mysticash or non-cash prizes valued up to $500.
• All entries from previous weeks will be carried over into the season’s final Grand Prize Drawing week of December 25, 2023 – December 31, 2023, with a maximum of 18 entries.
• 2 guests will be drawn on January 4, 2024, for the Grand Prize. The winners will receive 2024 Vikings football season tickets or a non-cash package valued up to $40,000.
• Drawing winners will be notified via phone or email. If a drawing winner does not respond within 48 hours, they forfeit their prize. In the event a winner cannot be reached, a new winner will be drawn after 48 hours.
• Guests must have a valid driver’s license or state-issued photo ID and provide a valid Social Security number to win cash and prizes.
• All winners of $100 or more must complete a miscellaneous prize claim form/1099 log.
• Winners shall be solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes.
• Mysticash winners must activate their free play by 11:59 pm on the date in which they claim their prize on property.
• Mysticash winners must use their free play within 90 days of issuance.
• Guest participation in this promotion indicates acceptance to permit the use of name and/or likeness in advertising and promotional materials. Failure to agree will result in a forfeit of prizes won.
• The following individuals are ineligible to participate:
  • (1) Team Members of SMSC Gaming Enterprise and any other person residing in the same household as the employee.
  • (2) Immediate family members, regardless of residence, of any team member within the SMSC GE Marketing Department, Sign Shop, and Upper Management team (Casino Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and President and Chief Executive Officer).
  • (3) Employees of any SMSC Gaming Enterprise affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers working directly on this promotion and any other person residing in the same household as the employee.
  • An immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling, child, or spouse.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above house rules will be resolved by SMSC Gaming Enterprise management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants. 
• SMSC Gaming Enterprise management reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions of management are final.
