• Guests must be 18+ to win.
• Guests may submit one entry per person.
• Guests can complete an entry form or comment on the specified promotional dates to enter to win a prize.
• Guests must submit a completed entry form online or comment no later than 11:59 pm December 21, 2024.
• Winner(s) will be drawn on the specified end dates.
• The winner(s) will be announced and notified via phone, email or direct message by 5 pm December 23, 2024.
• Additional name(s) may be redrawn in the event the winning guest is unable to claim their prize.
• Prize must be claimed by 8 pm on Friday, January 31, 2025.
• Guest participation in this promotion indicates acceptance to permit the use of name and/or likeness in advertising and promotional materials. Failure to agree will result in a forfeit of prizes won.
• Guests must have a valid driver’s license or state-issued photo ID and provide a valid Social Security number to win cash and prizes.
• Winners shall be solely responsible for federal, state and local taxes.
• The following individuals are ineligible to participate: 
  • (1) SMSC Members and their immediate family members that reside in the same household. 
  • (2) Team Members of SMSC Gaming Enterprise and any other person residing in the same household as the employee. 
  • (3) Immediate family members, regardless of residence, of any team member within the SMSC GE Marketing Department, Sign Shop, and Upper Management team (Casino Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and President and Chief Executive Officer).  
  • (4) Employees of any SMSC Gaming Enterprise affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers working directly on this promotion and any other person residing in the same household as the employee. 
  • An immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling, child, or spouse.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above house rules will be resolved by SMSC Gaming Enterprise management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants.
• SMSC Gaming Enterprise management reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions of management are final.
