How do I reset my password? + More – Less
- Open the app and tap on “Club M®” at the bottom of your screen.
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your email address and tap the “Submit” button. An email will be sent to your given email address.
- Navigate to your email and open the message from “no-reply@joingo.com” or “webmaster@localhost.joingo.com.”
- Click the purple “CLICK HERE to reset your password” button at the bottom of the message. You will then be sent back to the app to create a new password.
- Create your new password and click the “Submit” button to reset your password. The password must be 8 to 64 characters and requires a combination of lowercase, uppercase, numbers and symbols.
- Still not receiving the verification link? Make sure you’re spelling your email address correctly and check your spam or junk email folders. If you are using a work email address, your company might have spam filters in place that will delay our email from going through. Try using a personal email address instead.
What is a Club M online account? + More – Less
One convenient account gives you two ways to access Club M! Create a Club M online account and access Club M online using the Mystic Lake & Little Six app or online using a desktop computer or mobile device. You’ll be able to view your Tier Points and Bonus Points, and see how many tier points are necessary to advance to next card level. Plus, you’ll be eligible to receive exclusive select special offers and more! Please note that a Club M online account is not automatically created when you sign up for a Club M card. You will need to link your Club M card with an online account.
How do I sign up for a Club M online account? + More – Less
Open the Mystic Lake app and press the Club M tab at the bottom of the screen. Below the sign-in, click the “Create Account” button. Enter your email address, then click “submit.” You’ll receive an email with a verification link. Click the link in the email from your mobile phone to continue. Once verification is complete, you will also need to create a new password, and enter your legal first and last name as shown on your driver’s license or government-issued ID. After you’ve created your new account, you can move on to linking your Club M Card.

What if I tried to reset my password, but I never received a link and it’s not in my junk/spam folder? + More – Less
Please make sure you are entering your correct email address. If you have not received an email to reset your password and you’ve checked your spam folder, you will need to create a new Club M account. Visit https://mysticlake.com/landing/app-offer and follow the steps.
Why can’t I download or open the app? + More – Less
Make sure your device’s operating software is up to date and try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Apple® devices must be iOS 11.0 or newer and Android™ devices must be version 4.4 or newer.
Why haven’t I received a verification email? + More – Less
There are a number of reasons why you may not have received the verification email. Try turning off Wi-Fi and make sure you are spelling your email address correctly. Check your spam or junk email folders. If you are using a work email address, your company might have spam filters in place that will delay our email from going through. We suggest using a personal email address instead. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at https://mysticlake.com/app-feedback.
How do I log out of the app? + More – Less
First, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner. Next, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner. Tap “Log Out” in the middle of the screen. Finally, tap “Yes” when the pop-up asks if you’re sure you want to log out.
I have created an account—why can’t I link my Club M card? + More – Less
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then try to link your Club M card again. Double check your Club M number, date of birth and ZIP code. If you already have an account and have previously linked your Club M card, you will not be able to link your Club M card to a second account. Try resetting the password to your original Club M online account to regain access. If the issue persists, please visit Mystic Lake or Little Six® Club M and a representative will assist you.
What if the app says “invalid date of birth, Club M number or zip code”? + More – Less
If you encounter any issues linking your Club M card, please visit Mystic Lake or Little Six Club M to verify that your date of birth and ZIP code matches our records. A Club M representative will make any necessary updates.
